We all are know "physical exercise means prevention disease to our health." And we are also know "Early to bed, And early to rise makes a man healthy wealthy and wise." this is good exercise for us if we maintain rights way. Every Human Being always wants a happy and healthy life. So, they to do a lot.  

If we wanna ensure such a happy and beautiful life. So we must be  follow to some rules and regulation.

Today, I'll talk about "the benefits of physical".

Every 30/40 minutes we can spent  some time at any place where available fresh air. But, It’s not possible at our unhygienic city. Incase we can go to gym. It can give a active body and beside gave power for work again.

Exercise helps for good sleeping whose men do exercise. After 2/3 hours sleeping you can do exercise. Then, it’s helping for good sleep.
